I think the management refresh/reset is good thing. I have always believed that ego was the primary driver for the decision-making at EQR. Biggest producer blah blah, how many times did we hear this type of rhetoric?!
Run an efficient business, increase shareholder value, and make a freakin' profit. How could they get it so wrong in the current tungsten-macro climate?
