No argument from me re Kevins worth or his expertise.. I just don't think he will be around, certainly not for the long term in my veiw.

None the less given the recent series of events its not a stretch for the market to conclude that something is a miss.

I think that the market is asking if ....
1. TMG acquisition, does it make FINANCIAL sense?
Assets & liabilities should answer that going by the last AR. Taking into account that some of the debt will be reduced what remains will still be significant.

2. Why not secure funding via placement prior to it becoming a debacle and then having to settle the raise at a further discount for less cspital?

3. Kevin is transitioning to a reduced hours role to further increase grades and recovery?? Poorly written perhaps?

4. A few days later CFO going, better opportunities? He just got here, surely he'd be focused on EQR and his contribution rather than be entertaining other opportunities?

5. DEBT. How are they going to pay it down when the clock is ticking? Is buying further debt with minimal revenue the answer or are they hedging their bets and hoping it's a good move?

You can't blame the market or forum participants for their scepticism, this is a response to the company and its choices, they have created this situation and are having to deal with the repercussions.

Can only call it as I see it, hope I'm wrong though given the cost.
