Tungsten is incredibly hard to mine profitabily (been there tried that ) .....EQR can't .....even with quarry as well.
I've always said wait till they go underground chasing tungsten and there lack of experience will collapse the price further and capital raisings will occur.
A lot of quality CEO's would be weary to take this job now because of the money men around the boardroom with different objectives and no knowledge of how to get things sorted.
It's only going to get worse I'm afraid
