There are a stack of reasons that could be behind this and you simply do not know any of them - a bloke resigns and you jump on the blower and spruik the sky is falling in and that ...."...Something is clearly not going well..."
It could well be that tinnitus is onto something and that it has absolutely nothing to do with EQR and the Board......did you ever consider that before you got on the blower to go off half cocked ?
