Geez, about 3% traded today so far today. I'm not surprised people are selling, the question is, who is buying? Maybe Coastal is buying to try and take control of the company???
Unfortunately, I don't think conversion is an option. I believe they can only do it on payment dates and they don't have time to wait until 30 June to do it. They also from memory have to make 3 payments (2 back dated ones and the current one) to enact conversion - they don't have the cash for that.
The only option is another deal. Maybe 1,000:1 - still not sure if hybrid holders would accept.
