Well I came to the same reluctant conclusion last night when I read about Andrew Price.
I placed a sell order on my remaining 200K PPX at 3.0 cents to go into the pre-open auction. Fortunately they sold.

I first bought PXUPA back in June 2011. The arguments of Firstover and others persuaded me to take the deal and convert to them PPX. I still believe that at the time the argument for converting was correct, ie if PPX survived the converted PPX would have been worth more than the PXUPA. Because if it didn't survive both would be worthless. Unfortunately this looks like the likely outcome.

So ends a long drawn-out lesson to me to take my losses sooner and not live in hope.
