if there is TO from ajm, it is likely to be an all share deal that is not beneficial to sya long term holder.
ajm just completed its stage2 dfs, awaiting for off takes/funding itself, I think TO chance is slim.. sya is better off to stand alone, get an off take and build the mine, max. value for long term holders.
