Yes I think the Sheikh and his connection would need to underwrite the AIM listing for it to be a success which he could easily do. I am not knowledgable on the AIM listing process nor do I know how long it has been in planning.

Yes a plan of going gold mining on the easy high grade parts of Carlow Castle sounds very sensible to me. ARV needs new management that knows how to mine and run a plant. All the information I have suggests that the Sheikh recognises this. With money and good management I do think ARV can be turned around, but who knows if it will happen. High risk, high reward.
