Questioning. Black Cat has been right on a few things, one of which is that Novo should have started trial mining Purdy's over a year ago with the 20,000 ton bulk sample permit that DL and EM got back in 2017. Believe it or not, Novo is now debating whether to issue a mineralization report for a mining license or skip that and just go to bulk trial mining with Purdy's 20,000 ton permit and Novo's permit for Comet Wells. Novo's been working on the mineralization report for over a year and now they might not use it. What a farce.
