Unsure exactly how you come to the conclusion Mead won't be there long? Bremwell remains until August (quarter of a year!) to start with so, change is slow as per usual ARV antics. Even if Mead is there only until the new year. That's way too long to carry excess tonnage on a ship fast running aground aka running on fumes...
Sickens me to see the carnage left behind by Lenigas. The unfinished Plant (Lifeboat). Squandered money. Deception. Simply abhorrent situation!
