Not sure what part people don't get. ARV have no money and have debt to pay, shares near worthless and a distressed seller flogging a half done plant to pay the bills is not an appetising investment. same with selling non core tenements- they are marginal at best and what do you expect to get for them and from whom? Where is this all going and what happens when Novo put the call out for funds for JV work which ARV don't have. So what's going to happen when they fail to meet the terms of the JV agreement which is now binding since Novo met all requisite milestones and spend? We've all been out played and held in contempt by the squanderous swines feeding off the spoils. I am fully aware what the replacement value of the plant is but really it's all a bit late for that to matter now isn't it. Keep the dream alive the sheik will swoop over on his magic carpet and save all the dear souls. So far the silence in what 3 yrs on board has been deafening. Good luck....
