    'Intention to leave' today asx... but actually gone yesterday 6 April.

    NO WAY should LTI performance rights (4.5 million approx) continue after ceasing employment especially with LESS that one year as MD!! - an MD who never bought one OBM share!!

    And what's the go with the 12 month notice period $$ ???

    The Board has the call on this and should make sure the LTIs cease.
