Can be very difficult for new MD's in any company to not be able to meet the challenge's not all companies succeed with one original MD or two or three sometimes goal post's can be un kickable for some time no matter who is in the position and yes wrong decision making can hold management responsible and answerable it is not to say next will be any better it will depend on many different circumstances and being very smart about every decision made.
