Peter Thomas has been at DCG now for years and the market cap is $30m and net cash is zero. Either he’s a CFO who just reports on the business and doesn’t influence it or he is hands on and has contributed to the mess. Either way his remuneration is ridiculous.

I assume he sees a very easy target in Decmil’s shareholders and is taking them to the cleaners one more time while the Board claps him on.
