Probably triggered a sale at $0.015 which most likely triggered at least one No-Limit Stop-Loss Order(s).
Clearly the seller is from Top 20.
Buyers that took out the $0.016 were smallish quantities, so likely not Top 20`.
Encouraging that many bargain hunters (scalper?) appeared.
If the dump was news based, it would most likely be bad news.
I am confident that the dump wasn't based on anticipation of news: perhaps lack of information played a role
