WAK really need to drop any ideas about supplying the paper market as that is a very dangerous area to play in for a small, new-entrant. The big boys use it to cover overheads and then the cream comes from the remaining PSD after the paper grade fraction has been taken out. Using a low recovery, high-cost feedstock as a starting point would be a very efficient way to lose money. Signing one of those offtakes would be a death warrant.
