I think anytime that this is in an announcement "terminated the services of Managing Director and CEO, Ken Hancock, effective immediately.", you have to assume that there was an incident or series of incidents that made Ken's tenure untenable. Its unlikely we will ever know really happened, but the best that RLF can do is put it behind them and start delivering on their promise.
