So was it summary dismissal or sacrificial lamb ?
Two very unrelated events occurred with out warning,
1) Settlement of a very long running dispute between two parties over which ASRa had "largely" no control.
2) cessation of employment of MD without warning, transition or replacement.
Are they unrelated?
