As a shareholder we have the right to connect and discuss things with the management team.

More shareholders should do it.

I have relationships with directors at a number of companies I invest in.

Of course not price sensitive but you can ask questions to measure the temperature.


Honestly, to invest six figure sums in a spec company I would expect as part of due dilligence that most shareholders would reach out to see who would talk to you at the company before increasing their position. It would be a big red flag for me if they wouldn't talk to me.

I got the information I was seeking from a history and forward looking perspective.

I have the opportunity to keep a dialog with this person so I am not going to blurt out everything on a forum.
