And further to that, it makes sense then to link licence to stop date so that the third party has enough time to consider entry, but i assume if that is the case and the third party do not want to proceed WDS are then prepared to go it alone. It is WDS's contingency plan just as PCL is doing in case WDS walk.
i like it - more reason to feel comfortable with the whole project.
