Iain has everything to loose with this Q&A. Because if he is not straight up and down with everyones questions, then everyone will see through him and not trust another word or statement again.
So in my view he would want to come out and say what he can (legally) and if there are things occuring in the background he needs to confirm without committing and just be honest. Remember he has his options at stake here too.
It will be an interesting discussion and will have a lot riding on it I think.
