In fairness to David Greenwood's appointment prior to GRL's listing, perhaps we should remember that COVID was not an issue at the time of his acceptance.

Having spoken to David several months ago, it was obvious that with border closures etc, and with his family in Perth and he in Orange (N.S.W.) he was unable to be with his family for months on end, given the same situation, many of us would need to rethink our priorities, family (young children's schooling etc) given that we shareholders were in that same situation, if we are realistic, many of us would understand David's decision.

As for any other concerns by shareholders with todays announcement, It is easy to say why appoint someone from W.A. to a position in N.S.W. - but hindsight is a great thing and had David Greenwood known what was in store (COVID) he would most likely not have accepted the position.
