    After reading the announcement and the thread I say storm in a teacup.
    Certainly , it will be a challenge to replace the departed but I suspect in the long run it tightens the budget and allows more focus on the big two projects.
    I think it makes sense ,it is motivated by a personal issue but in the end should make things tidier. The assays are of the same importance as yesterday and David is still on the job for 3 months so lets hope they will serve as a nice , maybe bittersweet send off .
