The short answer here is that they guy is leaving. Everyone can be replaced and the assets are as good as gold. Lets get some drill results in. You will only get a monkey running your company if you pay them peanuts. Half the money is gone in tax from day one. People or stop loss flippers selling here are giving their stock away.
