DC to move from MD to Executive Director so he can take up an external role but still play a part at Talon.
Seems like he got an attractive offer elsewhere but only took it if he could still be part of the Talon team going forward.
Sometimes in life you get presented with amazing opportunities to good to pass up even if you enjoy your current workplace, so i guess that is a positive for us as he would have fully departed if Talon was a dud.
I wonder if that explains the dump 2 days ago?
