After holding for approx 4 years, like most I am in the red however keeping the faith I have doubled down more recently. Back in the day the Montney holding looked great value for the money ( equivalent to approx .14 today ).
What has changed over the years : Tommy Lakes acquisition, Increased Lot sell price achieved by other Montney land holders, Blackspur merger, Further derisking of both asssets, Kitimat LNG facility nearing completion, Russian
invasion of Ukraine, Still tier 1 jurisdiction, Doubled production, Capital disbursements etc etc.
Todays Market sentiment?? Todays share price / Mkt Cap ?? Looking forward to a recalibration …..He’ll Yes !!
