    maybe the overseas bidder on blackspur needed not only a higher Oil price to secure funding but a manager to continue to run the operation.... aka the founder Jordan exits CE1 to come back as the MD of the purchaser to list TSX ??????????? ...

    Does make some sense... Jordan wanted to sell Montney the rest of board wanted BS gone and seen better future up north ??
