I am honestly warming to the idea that change was needed and on paper this guy seems pretty damned qualified. We will now get the monkey off our back that we are a one man band. We will now be forming a team of experts to stand up and be at the top rather than just the one. The only thing that hurts a little is that we have lost a creative genius and the next project won’t be as easy to develop. But we need the ones to pay off first anyway so no point thinking like this.
