There are smarter minds and voices here than mine, and no doubt others (who don't post) watching too.
I think it best to see how many put their hands up first, so we can gauge the numbers. Then take it off this public forum.
I don't think 5% will be the issue, and the feeling against the board is strong with many. The issue is - who would and could step in or step up? I'm sure we all have ideas though.
Let's hear what others have to say first. 7 mil is not a lot of votes to get.
