I think that is smart. I think you need a fair few holders on the same page first. Just holding an EGM to stir it up doesn't really do anything. It's a numbers game. You need not only the numbers to hold it (5% is very doable), but the numbers to force change.
Holding an EGM with no over riding purpose, without sounding out key stakeholders, without sorting key appointments, without a forward plan may make us feel better short term, but will probably cause significantly more damage, than any good it achieves.
