What resolution? Who do we put up as alternative credible directors,? What is our alternative credible plan?

I am more than happy to back a credible alternative. I doubt a first round will be won, but to build shareholder support you need to have a plan. Just bringing a meeting because you're bitter achieves nothing.

You need to show you are serious about running the joint better, have a better understanding of shareholder needs and have the ability to lead and align interests with key stakeholders.

If a few of us called the meeting what would we achieve except a bitching session. The work on a plan, the liaison with stakeholders, the communication needs to be prepared before any meeting, that way any demands/threats etc made have substance. I'd rather take a gun to a gunfight than a kitchen knife.
