Appears we're all so sick of complaining about VOR management that we've given it a break.
4C is the only saving grace for our pals Jeff and Gary, if it's bad we'll all basically copy + paste our previous complaints for the month after until the next 4C, then repeat.
Come to think of it - does VOR even do the 4C any more?
