In the last week they've had the chance to participate at 17c and 22c for this 62% pro-forma business "transformation". Yet they have passed. It's hard to imagine they'll pay more?
But I think I get what you're saying. There will soon be a floor price that sets the bar for the years ahead.
I adopted a similar strategy 3 years ago. Every time JL bought shares or had a strike price set for options I tried to buy in that window. It's kept me sane and afloat with VOR. Rinse and repeat ... somewhere down the track.
If they really wanted to align key management and shareholders there are several ways they could do so.
