If you look at that announcement in isolation, then yes.

If you reflect on a series of announcement and events, then I'm not sure I'd call it fair play.

Anyway, it's up to the company to sell the vision from here.

Giving up $400k plus is a lot of money in my book, He wasn't part of the executive and still isn't. I think it is ok to give him a fair play award. What has transpired with other director options and con notes were not of his doing and those deals preceded him.
