Just so it seems nobody is avoiding the issue, you are comparing a private co with a listed one. Multiples are very different for acquisition.
At present, if you took out corporate costs and discontinued operations, C10 and Decipher would being doing that profit on half the sales. So better rate of return from dollar sale.
Saying all that, the value in the type of business picked up by TNT, is the marginal cost of adding seats to their cloud is relatively small. So directing more of their consulting clients over to the product would be a key goal and ramp up the rate of return. So a stable, increasing recurring income stream would be very attractive.
I think its a great pick up. Hope there is one like there like this for us and we seize the opportunity. I think from a competition stand point it might be a good thing, especially on the Government level.
