I'd usually expect a notion of next appointment or temporary appointment if the intent is to hire in to the role. No mention of this so my assumption is that there are others who have opted to share such responsibilities. I expect they are lighter touch with RHTs size, given Nick was doing 2 roles already to keep him busy.
