    Correct.

    I previoulsy held, and I expected big things from the company. "Disappointed" is an understatement when it comes to the company parting ways with Kimber. (1) doing it, (2) the "reasons" for doing it, and (3) the manner in which it was done.

    Maybe the company will still kick goals, but it hasn't done much for a couple of years now - and it looks to have squandered what was once a reasonable lead in the space. They have significant costs (many of which are not "essential" in my eyes, if you get my drift).

    From what I can see, the company is now behind the market, without a clear direction / path going forward. Grover was ok to revitalise the company from the shell from early 2018. But he isn't / wasn't the right guy to take this forward...he isn't specialised in the med tech space, which he seems to have recognised when he brought Kimber in as CEO.

    The now 'rudderless' ship, that is playing catch up is just too much of a risk in my view.
