Good analysis. I agree it seems by 2024 things should be much improved. I have confidence in JP's positioning of the company right now, we are in difficult conditions.
A little surprised there was a strike against the share incentive plans because if it was for the purposes of retaining good talent, why the backlash? Other firms were doing similar if not more to keep staff from the great exodus of 2020/2021 and it would have been all the more harder in an industry as hard hit.
