CTD does not perform the role of a traditional travel agent. They provide unique software which enables clients to book their own air travel, accommodation and cars etc.
In effect CTD is an IT business.
They take a small clip on each booking. Its materially cheaper than the traditional manual systems.
CTD's growth has come from both organic growth and acquisitions of largely manual businesses and introducing their IT.
