While I respect shareholders right to lodge a protest vote, the performance options relate to the next 12 months performance, not the last 12.
Frim memory, the last years incentives are worthless due to the performance for that period, so DR has been penalised for their performance over that period.
The performance options have set criteria to gain some or all of them, to be determined in July next year.
They are set so the CEO is incentivised and aligned with our success, rather than for prior performance.
If he makes ten fortunes, then so do we.
