No, not entirely correct. Axel H has a habit of selling just before positive news releases that have sent the price higher. If you look back at the timing of directors buying and selling it can often be quite close to price sensitive announcements.On a separate note I don't understand why people would suggest that management of our calibre would even consider insider trading. They would never be stupid enough to trade (so openly) while knowing price sensitive information.
