To receive Performance share issues our share price should perform first. Wayne Bramwell should hit 400 thousand Oz per year and lower aisc and 3 dollar share price for first issue. Second step would be 500 thousand Oz per year and 2000 dollar aisc per Oz Australian. Final issue would be awarded when we hit 600 thousand Oz per year. I will vote no until we do hit certain milestones and I encourage everyone else to do the same. No free rides for a under performing Westgold.
