No way. You do not build a company from scratch and devote most of your time and supposedly net worth to it to just say: "felt it is time to move on." That is plain BS. Would you leave your millions of shares to now be managed by someone else you do not even know yet? I would assume there were differing opinions on the much discussed "if you can't fight them join them" with Codelco. My suspicion, only based on bits and pieces of the puzzle: MH wanted to fight Codelco through the courts, Borda and Bearing were preparing to partner. Hence BRZ will spin out their other assets to contribute their share in Maricunga to a JV with Codelco. LPI was very slow and extended timelines a couple of times but I expect to see LPI exit our other assets as well now that MH is gone. As said, all just my opinion from a country very far away from the action.
