    You’re probably right. I love the polymineral nature of Dubbo but it’s low on CREO and seems to have “something for everyone” instead of “everything for someone”.

    I’d also like to see an NPV refresh based on the updated energy costs and chemical re-agents.

    (I can only comment cynically on Korea having twice been through the MOU charade with major SOEs [ at their request ] and assured at every stage the deal was on track, only to be let down in the end as the MOU was used more to solidify their status/mandate/KEXIM financing than to invest in my project)

    Lynas, I have little idea what’s going on. If Lynas share price goes too high, the local sultanate / Tan Sri / Dato is always liable to rattle the cage and want more economics. A bump in the road perhaps.

    Greenland Minerals (GGG) impaired by local politics and China shareholding.

    And MP a non-factor (largely) as it’s mostly LREO.

    It’s been 10 years now of the west saying “we need REEs to counter China” and eff all done.
