You are simply just reading too much into it.
A combination of KMP dealys in ramp up + I'll admit some lack of clear communication, has caused some anxious holders or short term traders to bail. Plus there was the whole market correction which effected our sector more than others, I have a few other metals/materials stocks down 50% over the last 3 months. Lastly yes the shorts are playing with the stock.
Medium term prospects still look fine.
Insider activity, doubt it.
