LOL, we are a mining company needing to dig a big hole, ... we are going to require lots of Sharp tools!
My take, DW probably had a 3 month notice period as well, MD/CEOs never need to serve notice, due to risk for the company....
Handover, well Rowena has been there learning the ropes, (so no need there).
Given the links provided, things in Korea might be waring up, ...maybe DW was not to their liking?
OK too much speculation, my apologies in advance. Lets hope for some great news to come. It will also be interesting where DW raises his head. Good luck to him and his earlier achievements in Korea.
