Much better effort. Ross Rolfe prior to Lend Lease was CEO at Alinta, where he is credited by some for keeping the company alive while it was battling serious debt issues arising from the collapse of Babcock Brown. In other words he does have substantial experience in energy and he also has a experience managing debt. I would add that the debt issues at Infigen are arguably far more manageable than they were at Alinta. Given all of this this his cross-discipline experience may in fact be seen as a plus rather than anything else.
