Totally agree with your sentiments, but hey look on the bright-side, TB will be unable to make Company defining decisions very soon.

Ironically, in the early to mid 2000's I used to portray OXR as no longer a 'spec stock' but a 'blue chip', when their share price was $4.26 (equivalent to approx $35 - $36 undiluted today).
Then along came managment's decision to amalgamate with Zinifex, folowed by the GFC and then that dodo "Fichlemore". Nuff said, apart from thankfully being 'saved' by the Govt. due to the strategic Woomera Test Range and potential 'Soverign risk'.

Non the less, all the management will have you believe that they have excelled in their respective roles and will have their hand out for their 'Performance' freebie shares and all the while on excessive fat cat salaries.

"Shame" ....indeed !
