if you think about it...when he came on board AGY was nothing....002 cents?!
He's almost single handily created 20M in value. Plus, how good are we set for a 10-20 bagger now?
It will probably relax him (and his family) a bit as he was living off savings. He also never sold a AGY share!!
I didn't want to say it but it was bothering me that he was working for free.
Plus, he's probably work hard (but more relaxed-I don't like brunted out execs.)
And yes...taking a look at the incentives should be good. I just hope they are stock based and not some fluffy metric they sometimes make up.
