Seems he has contacts within particular sections of the minerals industry, and good experience with cost & productivity management.

Looks a bit light on with directly relevant prefab experience, however, cant help but think that Messers Phil G, Hans P, Brendan M, Luis F et al all know a farkload about prefab game, yet that didnt help much when the share price really started sliding. My read is that he is intended to bring the bits that NOD have missed before to the table.

his LTI (4million shares at ~13.5c VWAP exercise price) should be incentive enough for him to work his butt off to get the company over short term challenges and to then look to process & procedure improvement needed to generate what will hopefully be some sort of better return for shareholders.

And if he can do it - well then well done, and he deserves his LTI. If not: well he should at least be able to get shareprice back out of the gutter and closer to a fair value for the underlying business
